In the name of Allah the most compassionate the most merciful...
I’ve always thought that writing in any other language rather than my mother language, Arabic to express my feelings and thoughts and all is a sign of disrespect to this fascinating language especially in this time when the majority of Arab youth are either underestimating their language or denying being Arabs.
Recently, I felt the need to write in English and other languages for the following reasons:
1- The number of my non- Arab friends is rapidly increasing who are most of the time interested in learning about the reality I came from.
2- There are many Muslim sisters and brothers all over the world and many non Muslims who want to be aware of what’s happening in the Islamic and Arab world and learn about Islam and middle eastern cultures but they are unable to communicate in Arabic.
